On our country the education system 'prepare' kids from the age of 4 for their GCSES as if nothing else is as important as the piece of paper they receive today. That pressure gets to a lot of people and for some it can get too much. YOUR GRADES DO NOT DEFINE YOUR WORTH. If you're reading this and you've recieved your results you need to know that regardless of what they say good or bad you are still important. You are still worthy of every happiness, every success, ever love, ever dream, ambition, goal you might have. These results do not need to define you or you life. You should be proud of yourself. You tried really hard, you did your best and thats enough. The fact you even sat those 17-25 or however many exams you did in as little as 3 weeks is amazing. Take a second to be proud of yourself for dealing with that, for processing the pressure, stress and intensity of exams as well as actually doing and remembering everything for them. That is INCREDIBLE. You are able, you are intelligent, you have a future.

EXAMPLE OF THOUGHT JOURNALING: I am on a Ferris wheel and I am extremely anxious and I start to think about all of the things that could go wrong. (This didn’t happen but I was in a similar situation recently riding the lift at Red River Gorge and I was basically freaking out.) •
•
Step 1: The activating event (facts only): I am on a Ferris wheel or lift. •
•
Step 2: Describe your automatic thought: This could break, I could fall off, and I could probably die if I fall while stuck in this metal container. •
•
Step 3: Name the thought trap: Probably catastrophizing because I am thinking of the worst possible scenario. I will post more details about each specific thought trap later. • •
Step 4: What’s the source of the negative thinking: I am feeling fear and anxiety. I have a fear of dying before I’ve lived my life fully. This could be from societies general perceptions of death and from my parents in childhood being worried. •
•
Step 5: Challenge your thinking: this level of worry is not appropriate to the level of risk. I would probably tell a friend they will be fine. This thought doesn’t help me or change what could/will happen. •
•
Step 6: consider the consequences: if I continue to think like this it may take away from the fun experience of the ride, it could stop me from doing similar things in the future, or it will continue to increase my anxiety in this situation and in future situations. •
•
Step 7: Alternative thought: we are not going to die, people ride this everyday and are fine. •
•
Step 8: Affirmation: I can do this. I can overcome this anxiety. •

Step 9: New future action: Ride the ride and check my thinking. Continue to ride things with heights involved. •

Among the overwhelming variety of cannabis products available on the market today, the most effective for pain relief appears to be whole dried marijuana flower and products high in THC, a new study finds. “Whole cannabis flower was associated with greater pain relief than were other types of products, and higher tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) levels were the strongest predictors of analgesia and side effects prevalence across the five pain categories,” researchers from the University of New Mexico wrote. “In contrast, cannabidiol (CBD) levels generally were not associated with pain relief except for a negative association between CBD and relief from gastrointestinal and non-specified pain.” On average, users reported their starting pain to be 5.87 on a scale of 1 to 10. After consuming marijuana, that number fell to 2.77—a decrease of 3.1 points.
The study also found:
Patients whose cannabis sessions involved flower reported similar pain relief as those using concentrates and topicals. Edibles, pills and tinctures, however, offered less relief than flower.
Concentrates were found to be associated with more negative side effects, which the researchers reasoned could be because of solvents and other additives, as well as the removal of most terpenoids, terpenes and flavonoids.
Products labeled as hybrid strains were more effective at relieving pain than those labeled indica or sativa.
Combustion method didn’t affect pain.
Higher THC levels offered more pain relief, while higher CBD levels did not.
Patients with back, joint or muscle pain, headache or migraine and non-specified pain saw more relief with high-THC products.
Patients with gastrointestinal/abdominal-related pain found more relief with lower levels of THC.

So it's takin me a little bit, but I'm getting there. My mom's took my out driving today; which j surprisingly did really well at. I've also been going to the gym, which I feel has helped me a lot. I'm getting better. And I'm really glad. ❤❤ I'm thinking about turning this page into a self journey, self motivation page. Judt so I can have that confidence boost of how far I've gotten. 😊

I may look like I have it all together, but that doesn’t mean I always do. I may always smile, but that doesn’t always mean I truly am. I’ve had a meltdown, panic attack, and so many days of no sleep since I’ve been at college. It’s okay though, because I don’t always have to have it all together, and I don’t have to be perfect. I finally feel okay again and I can only achieve that by God and attempting to be brave. Remember it’s okay to cry, It’s okay not to be okay. In order to feel this bad, you once had to feel happy, you will eventually experience that again. God will pull you through and you will be okay. He will pull you through the insecurities, doubts, racing thoughts, depression, and anxiety. Be strong.

Hallo ihr da draußen,
Ich merke wie ich im Funktionieren feststecke. Gehobene Stimmung, viel Energie, aber ich bekomme nichts mit von der Welt, die mich umgibt.
In mir drin ist es so leer und ausdruckslos. So als wäre ich selbst gegangen. Ganz weit weg. Hab mich unter irgendeiner Rippe versteckt und komme erst wieder raus, wenn es sicher ist.
Es ist anstrengend. Das merke ich erst, wenn ich ab und zu an die Oberfläche komme. Doch genauso schnell bin ich auch wieder verschwunden.
Ich funktioniere und habe dazu keine Meinung, Emotion, nichts.
Das ist ein sehr leeres Dasein.
Vielleicht sinnlos für den, der es aushalten muss. Doch so wichtig für das gesamte innere Team. Es wird aufhören und dann werde auch ich den Sinn spüren können.
